Application Procedures for University College

Applicants may submit their application online via the Intercollegiate Office website or you may submit an application form. The College does not close applications though for best consideration and to allow sufficient time to complete all requirements of the application process, you are strongly encouraged to submit your application to the College as early as possible and preferably by the end of October of the previous year.

The application should be accompanied by 2 passport photos and the $35.00 application fee.

Acknowledgement of your application will be sent via email at which time, you will be asked to complete and submit the Applicant Personal Questionnaire prior to your interview with the College.

The College will contact both referees which you have nominated on your application and request them to complete the Referee Report. Completed reports will be returned directly to the College. Please ensure that you include referee email details on your application form.

The interview is an important part of the application process. An interview will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time. Phone interviews may be arranged for interstate and overseas applicants.

Please note that you should advise the College immediately of any changes to your information provided in your application (eg. Change of address, email address, phone number).

  

Offer of Places

Offers will be made within the week after VTAC University places are published in mid January. In some instances where an applicant already has a University place, an offer may be made earlier.
