Reporting to the Dean of Students, as a member of the Student Services team, the Registrar is primarily responsible for delivering UC’s student recruitment and admissions/re-admissions processes to meet the College’s occupancy targets. Key result areas for this full-time role also include student administration, liaison and provisioning, student contracts, data management, evaluation and reporting as well as internal college event management.
Drawing on your tertiary qualifications and experience working in an education institution, you will have the opportunity to facilitate and improve services to students through your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The key to your success in this role is your warm and approachable nature with an understanding of and empathy with tertiary students, along with the ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with staff, students, other colleges and the wider community.
