College Fees

Fees are billed each semester. A deposit is required when you sign your contract and the first installment is due prior to the student moving into College. Alternative fee payment arrangements (i.e. monthly payments) may be made by contacting our accounts department.

University College Annual Fees

New students (undergraduate): $30,390
(35 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year – regardless of university)

New international students (undergraduate): $31,258
(36 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year – regardless of university)

Returning students (2nd year): $29,546
(34 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year – regardless of university)

Returning students (3rd year): $29,546
(40 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year – regardless of university)

Please note: Currently all first and second year university students must vacate their rooms during the mid-year break. Third year and graduate students are able to stay at college over the break. We have storage sheds available where students can securely store belongings that they do not wish to take home during this time.

What do fees cover?

College fees are all inclusive, whereas with many other providers you must remember to factor in weekly costs for food, wi-fi and general household bills. College fees include:

  • A modern, fully furnished private room (two thirds with ensuites) with bed, desk, chair etc
  • Comprehensive academic support including tutorials, one on one consultations, academic mentoring, faculty dinners and library facilities
  • All meals provided (breakfast, lunch and dinner each day; a total of 21 meals per week)
  • An extensive program of college and intercollegiate sporting, social, and cultural events
  • Pastoral care and wellbeing support – including activities such as yoga classes and a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator offering advice and support
  • Unlimited wi-fi
  • Academic and career focused forums, seminars and workshops
  • Well-equipped gym and multi-purpose basketball court
  • Communal spaces – to study or relax, watch TV, play pool and enjoy time with friends
  • All utility bills (electricity, water etc)
  • Safe and secure access to campus

Additional fees

  • Enrolment Fee – $810
  • Bond (refundable if there is no damage to room) – $700
  • Building Levy – $315
  • Student Club Fee – $240 (which goes towards funding activities organised by the student club)
  • Student Club O-Week Levy – $95 (a contribution to the variety of activities scheduled during orientation week)

Optional fees include:

  • Linen packs can be purchased at the College – $198 singles and $230 doubles
  • Car parking – $406 per semester (limited spaces available)
