As an international/interstate student, how has UC helped you?
UC has helped me to meet other students from other countries. UC is so diverse and I feel like I can relate with a lot of people here who moved far away from home to pursue their dreams!
What is your favourite thing about UC?
The people here are amazing! Even though some of my closest friends from UC have already left the college, we still stay in touch a lot and share lots of great memories together.
How does living at college assist with your academic goals?
It’s the people around you that really motivate you to achieve your goals and be your best self. We have a great study environment here and are supportive of each other.
What are the opportunities that UC has provided you with?
As a resident tutor at UC, I have been teaching here for four years now. This unique teaching experience is something that I would not be able to get in university.
Is it easy for graduates to mix with a cohort of undergraduate students?
From my personal experience, I think everyone from UC is easy to talk to. I feel like people here are generally very nice and the graduate students do participate a lot in activities hosted by undergraduate students, so we feel very welcomed!
If you could sum up your UC experience in one word, what would it be?
Loving!
