Gala Night - UC Production of West Side Story

College alumni, staff and students gathered outside the University of Melbourne's Guild Theatre an hour before the opening night curtain of UC's production of West Side Story on Wednesday August 2.

There was a palpable air of excitement at this opening night gala event as the crowd eagerly anticipated the tour de force of musical theatre awaiting them.

"It's always a pleasure attending events such as this as you get to see the amazing talent on show at University College" Dr Ros Terry (UWC 1959)

The musical itself was a stunning success that further underlines just how much talent the students at UC possess. West Side Story will be running from August 2 - 5 and tickets can be purchased at: ucwestsidestory.getqpay.com.
