One Bedroom Academic / Visitor Apartment

Our serviced, fully self-contained one bedroom apartments offer a quality and affordable style of accommodation.

Visiting academics also have access to other UC facilities, including the library (24 hour resource centre, computers and printers), music rooms and tennis court. Limited on-site car parking is available, subject to availability.

Rates for apartments include bed and breakfast, lunch and dinner, bed linen and towels, weekly servicing, WiFi and GST. Discounted rates are available for long term stays. Meals are complimentary for visiting guests. No provision for this is included in the tariff; as such there are no discounts given for meals not taken, nor in any instances when the College cannot provide meals.

All are equipped with:

• A bedroom with Queen bed
• Lounge room
• Climate controlled heating and air-conditioning
• Study area with desk lamps
• A Smart TV
• Free internet access (both wired and WiFi)
• Kitchen, including fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hotplates and oven
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
• Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash
• Tea/coffee making facilities and basic kitchen staples
• Hairdryer
• There also are free laundry facilities within each apartment block, including a washer and dryer
